Pricing Information
You can book to stay in the Beach Lodges for 3, 4, 7, 10 or 11 nights, starting on a Monday or Friday. Rates vary throughout the year and are subject to change.
- Midweek lodge stay – 4-nights starting from a Monday
- Weekend lodge stay – 3-nights starting from a Friday

Booking Information
How many people can each Lodge sleep?
Twenty-three of our Lodges can sleep up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). We also have a Lodge especially adapted for people with accessibility requirements which can sleep up to 5 people (maximum 4 adults).
Check in / check out
Guests are kindly asked to check in between 3.00pm and 6.00pm at the Beach Lodges Reception which is on site.
If you are planning to arrive after 6pm, please let a member of the Lodges team know so they can provide you with a key-safe code, which will enable you to self-check in and access your Lodge. If your arrival is likely to be delayed, please contact a member of the team as soon as possible on 01202 126127.
Check-out is between 8am and 10am on the date of departure. Should you need to leave early please inform a member of the Lodges team who can assist you on where to leave your key.
Car parking
Free car parking can be found on the road above the Lodges on Boscombe Overcliff Drive (BH5 1JB) where spaces are available on a first come first served basis. This allows easy access to the Lodges via the Manor Steps zig-zag footpath. Alternative parking can be found in Boscombe Undercliff Drive car park (BH5 1BN) which is located a 15-minute walk from the Lodges along the promenade. A free parking permit for this car park can be obtained from the Beach Lodge Reception at the time of check in.
