HE AQUATICS
Join Helena for beach yoga sessions at Southbourne Beach. Stretch, breathe and take a refreshing dip in the sea. Held four times a week, these sessions are the perfect way to kickstart your morning or unwind in the afternoon sun. Enjoy a complimentary hot drink at SOBO beach. Private class directly outside the lodges can be arranged.
Enhance your swimming skills and confidence in the sea with STA-qualified private and group 30 minutes lessons. Available for adults, children, and parents with pre-school children, these lessons focus on developing swimming techniques and building open water confidence. Private class directly outside the lodges can be arranged.
Experience hydrotherapy sessions that combines massage, stretches, breath work, and underwater submersions. Available in both Brockenhurst and Broadstone.
